I came to product design through visual design, and that foundation still shapes my work. I care about how things look and feel, and just as much about the logic underneath.

Over 12+ years I’ve led 0→1 products, built design systems from scratch, and designed across fintech, healthcare, travel, and B2B SaaS.

• System first, screens second.Before designing anything, I map the users, the business goals, the constraints, and every state the product can be in.
• Edge cases are the product.The happy path is easy. Trust comes from what happens when a card is declined, an address is wrong, or a flight can’t be changed.
• Design once, scale everywhere.I build patterns that outlast the project. A checkout became the template for hotels and cars. An interim design system led to a company-wide overhaul.
• Craft is baked in, not bolted on.Visual quality isn’t a final polish pass. It’s part of every decision, from the first wireframe.
• Ship it together.I do my best work in small, fast teams where design, product, and engineering actually collaborate, and where the work ships.
